The Twinning of Liverpool Central Library and Regional Universal Scientific Library of Odesa

We were honoured to be asked to invite one of our guests to celebrate the twinning of the Liverpool Central and Odesa's Regional Universal Scientific Libraries.

The twinning was arranged to leave a lasting legacy marking Liverpool hosting the 2023 Eurovision song contest.
