Michelle is a level 3 practitioner in advanced wilderness therapeutic interventions. Through her work Michelle provides a safe space for children and adults alike to come together and connect with themselves and each other and benefit from time spent in nature.
As a Wilderness therapeutic practitioner Michelle uses nature to support health and wellbeing, helping people to be the best they can be.
The programs she delivers range from:
Nature based, needs led therapeutic programmes.
Wilderness intervention strategies and mental health provision programmes to support people with trauma and stress related challenges
Personal growth and development programs.
Michelle also manages a Community Interest Company (C.I.C) called DreamCatcher Outdoors who provide health and wellbeing opportunities and are inclusive of all in the wider community.
She is also a level 3/UEFA B qualified football coach and tutor so often delivers football sessions for us here at The Hub.
